Energy Efficiency Grants for SMEs from federal government.

If your business needs to purchase energy efficient equipment upgrades worth between $10,000 and $25,000 then consider this grant, closing 19th April, 2023, but note that SOLAR IS NOT ELIGIBLE.


These are similar to 2022's Energy Efficiency Communities for food & beverage only, where all of our applications were successful.


Organisational eligibility: includes having an employee headcount between 1 and 199.

Project Eligibility: Projects must be aimed at reducing the energy consumption of your business by including one or more of the following:
o  Energy audits and energy management
o  Energy monitoring
o  Power supply
o  Lighting
o  Heat Pumps
o  Process automation and controls
o  Reconfigure/Optimise Processes
o  Upgrades to motors, including for compressors, pumps, fans, conveyors, mixers and blowers.
o  Building fabric upgrades
o  Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
o  Commercial refrigeration
o  Compressed Air Improvements
o  Water Heating
